1. Shipping your order All orders are prepared and shipped from France within 48 to 72 business hours after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.

3. Customs and Taxes (French Overseas Departments and Territories) For deliveries to French Overseas Departments and Territories, customs duties or local taxes may be levied by the carrier upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Withdrawal period In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
2. Return Conditions (Important) For hygiene and health protection reasons, unsealed, opened, or tested cosmetic products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded (in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). To be accepted, returns must concern the following products:

3. Return costs

Return for personal convenience (change of mind): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective product or error on our part: We will cover the return shipping costs (we will send you a prepaid label).
4. Returns and Refunds
